The result is a space that feels open, practical, and quietly comfortable, balancing its 1970s character with a more contemporary standard of living.
The Upper House offers two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen, making it suitable for both shorter and longer stays. The layout is simple and functional, designed to feel easy to live in.
Guests have access to a large shared garden with Maragos House, including an outdoor shower, offering a connection between the two homes and additional space to relax outdoors.
Located in the village of Perivoli in Corfu, The Upper House sits within a lived-in neighbourhood, offering a more local and grounded experience of the island. It is a place to slow down, settle in, and experience village life at a natural pace.
